Love the rustic design and uniqueness. Location is second to none. Out of front door is Petaling St, several restaurants, a local KK shop, with Central Market & Pasar Seni literally minutes away by short walk. Very popular daytime cafe downstairs with lots of KL yuppies frequenting and good for people watching from the comfort of the air conditioned interior.

An absolute gem. The location smack in the middle of Chinatown is superb. There is no end of places to eat; restaurants, food markets, road side stalls. It is close to Pasar Seni railway station which is only one stop from KL Sentral and the express train to the airport. If you don’t want public transport, a 20-25 mins walk will get you plenty of things to do, places to visit. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated in a retro fashion with a small cafe doubling as reception. The open air bathroom is brilliant; total privacy combined with the enjoyment of the beautiful weather.

Got a recommendation from two English guys when I was in Tanah Rata, so I booked the Tian Jing. It was so worth listening to the recommendation! The Hotel is exceptional. - Perfect location with a lot of street food nearby + Train Station in walking distance - Breakfast for 20 Ringit - Shower and Toilet are outdoor at the „balcony“ which I really liked! - Very nice rooms with a nice bed, good and quiet AC - Staff is very friendly - Cafebar downstairs overall I had a great stay and the proce is reasonable.

The location is in the heart of Chinatown so central, easily accessible to many restaurants and areas. Even though the location was middle of Chinatown, the glass sliding door and high walls kept the noise to a minimum. I hardly felt like I was in the middle of bustling area. The room (I had a double room with garden), on the main floor, is a decent size and the toilet and shower are outside - initially takes a bit of getting used to but once you do, it's quite free-ing and lots of "bathroom" space. Loved how central was the location and how some eating areas/restaurants were open late. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated, retaining the original charm of the building with dark shutters, and some nice rattan chairs in the shared space with some beautiful plants.

Tian Jing is unusual in Europe we would describe this as a boutique hotel the design is colonial mixed with a modern industrial vibe for a 3 star hotel this place is so cool . A big shout out to Vince Adam and Tezza and their colleague whose name I forget the lads where so polite helpful and informative thank you for a wonderful stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tian Jing Hotel, and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service by Aung and Vince. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my staycation was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a modern twist of the old school chinese architecture design. I stayed in a single room which was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well during my 1 night stay. I have to specially mentioned the bathroom which is amazingly spaciously "open" and yet private. The trees planted is definitely a + point for me. Unique experience that you can hardly find it in the midst of bustling place. The hotel's location is also ideal, as it is situated in the heart of the city, close to many amazaing food, attractions and 5 minutes walk to the nearest MRT and LRT. I was able to easily explore the city and visit all the must-see sights without any hassle. Overall, I highly recommend the Tian Jing Hotel to anyone visiting the city. It is a true gem, offering a perfect blend of greenery, comfort, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The staff was accommodating and held onto our bags for us when we checked out. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and even laundry services. We were concerned when we were booking about noise, but this wasn't an issue for us at all. The coffee shop in the front of the space closes early, and even on the first floor, we didn't hear the street sounds or other guests.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport and a vibrant night market just steps away. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the retro vibe of the rooms is super charming. I loved the unique open-air shower, though be prepared for some noise from the pipes. The cafe attached to the hotel is a great spot to relax with a complimentary drink.

Great staff, clearly very happy to accomodate but still relaxed and not too “formal” a hotel. The room was lovely, the hotel is beautiful. Room had both aircon and ceiling fan (fan made huge difference, compared to other hotels with just air con). Although it’s on the busiest street in china town, inside is very quiet. Good to have cafe downstairs, and the internal balcony shower was perfect (has curtains between room and balcony, and blinds to close balcony for privacy). Lots of nice touches like USB power ports in the room to charge my phone, kettle for boiling clean water, suitcase stand and safe in room. The local train station, china town, is close by and train system is great - but the streets are often busy so with luggage it’s easier to use grab to KL Sentral for airport.
